What it can do

- Helps you put a name to the problem when you are not sure what to ask for.
- Opens our live booking calendar so you pick a slot that is genuinely free.
- Takes your name and one way to reach you, and passes it to a person.
What it can't do
- It does not read your systems or your documents. It only knows what we have told it.
- It does not give binding quotes. Any figure it mentions is a range, and the proposal comes from a person.
- It does not act anywhere outside this chat.
- When it doesn't know, it says so and fetches one of us.
