El problema

Motorcycle rental operators in Brazil run their fleets on spreadsheets and WhatsApp threads: which bike is out, who has it, what was charged, what is overdue. Nobody can answer the one question that decides the business — how much each motorcycle actually earns — and a bike sitting idle for a week costs its owner real money nobody is counting.

Qué construimos

A multi-tenant SaaS platform that holds the whole operation: fleet and maintenance, renter registry with blacklist checks, digital contracts with generated PDFs, recurring charges through Asaas (Pix, boleto, card), expenses and per-vehicle profitability. On top of it, an AI operator that runs the same operation from WhatsApp, Telegram or the web — a supervisor that routes each message to one of seven domain agents and asks for explicit confirmation before any write.

Alcance

React 18, TypeScript and Vite on the front; Supabase for auth, Postgres with row-level security, storage and 67 edge functions on the back. The assistant runs on the Vercel AI SDK with a supervisor, seven domain agents and a tool-approval gate. Payments through Asaas, subscriptions through Hotmart, product analytics through PostHog.

In production since September 2025 and open to new operators since June 2026. 23 rental businesses have transacted on it, generating 469 charges of which 281 are settled, across 35 contracts and 43 vehicles under management. The AI operator went live on 6 September 2026; it is too new for a reliability figure and none is claimed here.

El problema

Performers take song requests and tips on paper, by shouting, or through a stack of unrelated apps, and settle up afterwards from memory. The audience has no way to pay for a request in the moment, which is exactly when they want to.

Qué construimos

A browser platform — no app to install — where the audience scans a QR code at the venue and buys song requests, tips, shout-outs or backstage passes while the show is running. The performer manages the event, the playlist and the queue live, with identity verification and payouts handled before the first payment lands.

Alcance

Real-time request queue, YouTube Music integration for playlist import and search, Stripe for payments, KYC and payout onboarding, QR distribution per event, and per-service pricing the performer controls.

Built and shipped. The client has not authorised publishing their numbers, so none are stated here.

El problema

Audit planning starts with a human reading ledgers and documents to decide where the risk is. It is slow, it is uneven between reviewers, and the reasoning behind each judgement is hard to reconstruct months later when someone asks why a risk was or was not flagged.

Qué construimos

A multi-agent assistant that reads the ledgers and the supporting documents, reconstructs the balances with deterministic arithmetic rather than asking a model to add up, and drafts a risk matrix a reviewer edits. Every entry traces back to the figure or the document that produced it.

Alcance

Document understanding, deterministic calculation kept outside the model, agent orchestration with a specialised agent per stage, and a reviewable output rather than an answer.

El problema

Estimating on site means sketching on paper, photographing it, and rebuilding the whole thing later in the office. The measurements, the photos and the quote end up in three different places, and the crew in the field works from whichever copy they happened to receive.

Qué construimos

A shared workspace where the sketch, the measurements, the photos and the quote are one object. Several people can draw on the same plan at once, discussion threads pin to the element they are about, and the field app keeps working with no signal and syncs when it comes back.

Alcance

Real-time collaborative drawing, an estimate builder over configurable price lists, offline-first field capture with conflict-free sync, e-signature on the resulting contract, and role-based access between office and crew.
